On September 1st, 2014, Hawaiian Pacific Radio will change music formats and go under the direction of Michael Lee Scott. The new Hawaiian Pacific Radio will reminish the great music of the old Boss Radio days of the 60's and 70's. The great stations of the past, KHJ, KRLA, KFRC, XERBS, KFWB and many more greats will be featured in ACTUAL broadcasts from the legendary air personalities such as Robert W. Morgan, The Real Don Steele, Charlie Tuna, Wolfman Jack, Shadoe Stevens, Himble Harv, John "Records" Landecker.....with the list going on and on!
There will be many great syndicated shows as well including special shows weekly. Some of the new shows will be the Solid Gold Sock Hop, Classic Rock Diner, Soul Sensation and the travel back to the actual Boss Radio Shows on Classic Radio Vault.
Music of the 60's 70's and even the 80's with a unique mix and blend of Pacific Island Jamz in the playlist rotation. Did you really think we would abandon our cultural roots. The world acclaimed and award winning "Aloha Joe" Show continues daily.
Look for "Double Shots" where the same song is played back to back from two different music artists or groups.
Rachelle, Maui's Island Girl, returns to the line up as well.
AND....Golden Music Blasts from "Motown Gold," "Music Jukebox" and "Classic TV Theme."
Join Hawaii's New Mix, Hawaiian Pacific Radio for an unique experience in radio beginning September 1st at 6:00 a.m.
